The hills of the Bertinoro area run along a rocky ridge built by the Spungone, a particular type of sandstone that was originally a splendid reef formed in this area 3 million years ago.

Along the stretch of one of the most ancient routes connecting Germany and Rome, we propose the route that from Fratta Terme, where we can immerse ourselves in the famous thermal waters, leads us to the outskirts of Forlì following the Ronco river.
