Un’Opera al mese – “L’albero della Vita” e “Fulcieri Paulucci De’ Calboli”

On Friday 11 April, at 20:45, at the Teatro Diego Fabbri, the art review ‘Un’opera al Mese’ (A Work of the Month) will resume, a cultural initiative that will lead to the discovery of art masterpieces.

Presenting the works will be Omar Cucciniello, Curator of the GAM – Galleria d’Arte Moderna di Milano, who will guide the public in an in-depth look at two extraordinary works by Adolfo Wildt:

• L’albero della Vita (also known as Fontanella Santa) of 1921
• Fulcieri Paulucci De’ Calboli of 1924

Both masterpieces come from the collections of the Forlì Civic Museums and represent significant examples of Wildt’s refined symbolist sculpture, characterised by elegant lines, smooth surfaces and a strong emotional impact.
