The church was built in 1491 and rebuilt in 1852. It is located near Tredozio, about 14 km from the city.

How to get there: From Tredozio follow the signs for Rocca San Casciano. About 4 km. Before reaching Rocca San Casciano, the church is clearly visible on the left.
