It was built between 1645 and 1673, but the façade was redone in 1895, during a general restoration at the expense of some private individuals. The interior has a single nave with side chapels. The church houses two oils on canvas by the Faenza painter Missiroli depicting a Madonna and Child with St Francis and Christ embracing St Bernard.
Weekday opening hours: From 7.30 a.m. to 12 noon.
Holiday opening hours: Saturday and Sunday open all day.
Opening period: All year round.
