The palace is located on the left side of the Square of Arms. It was the quarters of the Provincial Chancellor, who drew up public acts, as well as the seat where the Provincial Council.
Remodelled in the last century, it retains traces of the archivolted windows and a graceful, triple-arched loggia overlooking the courtyard.
Weekday and holiday opening hours: It can only be visited externally.
