Built in the 14th century, it is a fine example of local religious architecture. Damaged by the earthquake of 1661, it was restored in 1695, while the most important enlargement was carried out in 1702. At the end of the Napoleonic era, it housed sacred furnishings collected from other churches and saved from the iconoclastic fury of the French. In 1900, to celebrate the anniversary of the rebuilding of the church, the interior was restored and the brick façade was raised and rebuilt in stone. Today’s appearance of the church is due to the work done in 1939. Inside, the following works of art have been preserved:

Holiday Hours: Summer hours: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Winter hours: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Entrance fee: Free admission.
Access: Tredozio is about 30 km from the Faenza exit of the A14 highway, along the Tramazzo state road.
